Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have a 2833 sq. ft. straw bale home set on 23 acres of forest. With walking trails and a snow mobile trail in the back for winter. There are 7 rooms. 3 bedrooms, a treatment room, an office, a meditation/yoga space and a library. We have a large screened porch and a small pond. The home is set back 700 meters from the road and has been used as a B & B and retreat space. There is a beautiful masonry heat fireplace in the great room and a small pool for summertime use.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We are set in a forest setting about a 6 minute car ride from the town of Norwood. The town is small but has a grocery store, a bank, a few restaurants (fish and chips, chinese food, burgers), a bulk store, a hardware store, convenience store and holistic healthcare practice. We are within a very short driving distance of beaches, and skiing. Also, rivers and the warsaw caves as well as the petroglyphs and many provincial parks. The city of peterborough is less than 1/2 and hour and has all the conveniences you could want. As well as museums, art galleries and many other amenities.
