There is no shore bluff to climb up and down - just carry your beach chair and bag a short walk to a deeded path and you're at the beach! In the heat of summer, the beach is quite popular and can be accessed by vehicles (cars may park on the beach). A Frisbee and a kite board would complete your gear because the wind is usually steady onto the beach.
