Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our riverfront home is in a quiet, friendly almost rural neighbourhood although we are only a 7 minute drive to the beautiful, quaint downtown capital city of Fredericton. Kayak or canoe right from your backyard dock or, in the winter, ski or snowshoe along the rivers edge. A bike/walking trail can be accessed just 5 houses up the street from us. And less than 10 minutes drive gets you to either Killarney Lake or Odell Park,both offering miles of hiking, biking and cross country ski trails.
