Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a newer modern Rancher/Bungalow with an upper bonus room, 2200 sq. ft total with AC & heat pump. We are situated in a safe, attractive, neighboorhood with a forest like area nearby with unlimited walking paths. The backyard is south facing, peaceful, relaxing and a great place to have a BBQ dinner or just sit and enjoy a glass of wine. It is also nice to have breakfast or coffee outside. The automatic watering system keeps everything looking fresh and healthy.
The fully equipped kitchen is defiantly the heart of the home as it is large/open and one can still be involved in conversation from the living room where there is a fireplace and 60 inch smart TV.
At the end of the evening you can retire to the master bed room where there is another large screen TV and a kingsize bed. The ensuite is equipped with his and her sinks and a separate tub and shower. Also, the floor is heated for those cooler days.
So, make yourself at home as this is your home while you visit. Happy exploring Vancouver Island....don't forget to check out the wineries...CHEERS!
