Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Calm, light spacious flat on the third and fourth floors of a 1930s industrial building. There are two bedrooms, one with bathroom ensuite, a kingsize bed and double sofabed; the other with kingsize bed. There is a separate shower room. The large open plan living/dining area upstairs has a separate kitchen.
Islington is a sought-after and vibrant area with many restaurants, pubs, bars and shops on the doorstep. There are excellent travel connections to the rest of London by bus and tube from the Angel with King's Cross railway station (Eurostar) 15 minutes away. Or you can walk to West End theatres and galleries, the City or the South Bank in 30 minutes

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From the flat it is a 5 minute walk to the Angel intersection and tube station, with several major supermarkets, a street market and other shops. Walking East you can reach the City, St Paul's Cathedral, the Barbican Arts Centre and the Museum of London all within 15 minutes. Carry on South past St Paul's to cross the Millennium Bridge to Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe and other South Bank attractions.
To the South West are historic Clerkenwell and Smithfield Market and a host of interesting eateries. Bloomsbury, the British Museum and the major theatres are withinn a 20 minute bus ride
