Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

We live in a lovely 1930s semi-detached house in Worcester Park, with a large garden, in the pleasant outer suburbs of south west London. Our house is just a 6 minutes’ walk to the nearest railway station. Wimbledon is 8 minutes and central London is 25 minutes train travel. There is a local high street here with supermarkets, coffee shops, a library and restaurants moments away.
We have a small kitchen with access to the garden with all the usual equipment. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with TV and hundreds of art books. The dinning room has a good size dinning table that fits 6, from there you also have access to the garden.
The first floor has a family bathroom and three bedrooms.
Two children's bedrooms; one with a high-bed and the other with a single bed that can pull out to make a double-bed. Of course they are lots of lots of toys, games and space to play.
There is also a small room which can sleep two but is more suited as for one.
The loft has been converted into the master bedroom with a good size bathroom. It is a lovely light and big room, overlooking the garden.

There is parking in front of the house or on the street and although we have a card we hardly ever drive as public transport is superb and it is much easier getting around that way.
