We are experienced exchangers (from 1995) and will consider a swap anywhere in school holidays (April/July-August/November/Xmas).
You will enjoy your stay in our sunny house situated in a residential area. It is situated only 15k from historical Ghent, 40k from medieval Bruges, 30k from sandy beaches, 70k from Brussels. Driving to Amsterdam takes about 2.5h, Paris 3h, London 4h. Excellent transport links by road, rail and bus.
Our house (230 m², built in 1960, renovated in 2013) has four bedrooms. Five to six guests can sleep very comfortably (there is even a possibility to use an extra couple of beds on our insulated attic). There is a bathroom with a shower. Our living room and kitchen are sunny and practical; all appliances are available. WIFI, DVD, PS3, high-speed internet, digital cable television and several computers on hand. The garden is pleasant and you will find everything needed to eat or to relax outdoors. Of course you can use our bikes to explore the countryside.
Depending on the distance to the destination, we are open to swop cars, but normally we drive to the destination and bring our own car. Our Opel Insignia 2.0 CDTI has an automatic gearbox and can be used during your stay.
Family members and friends are nearby to assist with information and guidance if needed.
