C'est une quartier calme à deux km de centre-ville. Un arrêt de bus 200 m toutes les heures pour Gand. 1 km à pied il y a un bus toutes les 20 minutes. A 2,5 km il y a une petit gare avec quelques trains qui arrêtent le matin et la soirée. Il y a un domaine provincial en 13 minutes. (Puyenbroeck)
