Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Modern & comfortable detached house in residential estate. Very quiet street, yet on walking distance from shops and public transport. Landscaped garden, large patio which is great to dine or relax on. The house is air conditioned. Master bedroom with king-size box-spring bed and main bathroom on ground floor. 2 more bedrooms (1 double king + 1 single) + bathroom and study upstairs. Fully equipped newly renovated modern kitchen. Very large and sandy beach only 20min walking away. We have bikes. Our guestbook is full of lovely comments having exchanged for over 20 times.For a couple of years we put house exchanging on holt but are very keen to get starting again.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a very quiet street in a residential area, yet only 1,5 miles away from beach and town centre. Also on walking distance from shops and public transport. Only 10 miles (15 min by car) to stunning medieval Bruges, a Unesco World Heritage site with lots of museums and things to do. Plenty of restaurants, nice shops and,... chocolate of course ! Ghent, Brussels and Antwerp - as well as Lille in France - are just a 1hr drive away (by car or train). High speed trains will take you to Paris, Amsterdam or Cologne. Even London is but a 3 hour drive away through the Channel Tunnel in Calais (France).

Our house will be immaculately clean and would love to find it back in the same condition when returning home. Bed- and bath linen will be provided but don't bother washing it at the end of your stay. We would appreciate you watering some of the plants.
