I am a mother with 3 children, two boys and 1 girl. Wout is 13 years old and loves playing soccer. Bram, who is 10 years old loves playing tennis and playing the piano. The little one, Floor, who is 8 years of age, loves dancing.
I'm an occupational therapist and work at the University college in Ghent and I'm a PhD student at the faculty of medicine, department of rehabilitation science at Ghent University.
We love traveling and are always interested in learning new cultures. I lived for 13 years in Congo, Africa and I did study in Canada at the University of Alberta in Edmonton.

We are lucky to be located very central in Flanders. You can enjoy nature if you want (bikes are available), but also visit cities such as Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Brussels and the Belgian coast (West coast, Ieper, Flanders fields WO I). If you are more into culture, we have the Gentse Feesten and the Lokerse Feesten, very well known music and theater festivals. If you prefer nature, we have from 5 minutes walk a nice area and nature reservation. If you take the car, within 15 minutes you can find a bird nature reservation.
