I am Jeanette and I was born and raised in Vienna. My husband Franz is from Italy (South Tyrol) where we use to spend several weeks over the year. See our other apartment in Meran which is also available for exchange. We have 2 sons (born 2013 and 2017). In my sparetime I do a lot of sports and yoga.
We are a regular familiy I guess, enjoying regular things like hanging out with friends, having nice food, nice wine and good company.
Franz is a solicitor for a big european company and I am a online media editor for a big public institution in Austria.
If requested we can give all kinds of tipps towards vienna. If you have more time the rest of Austria with it's beautiful lakes and mountains is worth a visit.

We offer our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with Terrace, Pool and small garden. 20min to city center.

Our new house (build 2021) 140qm, provides 1 major Bedroom, and 2 bedrooms (bunk beds in children's room, Convertible Sofa in Guestroom).
Living Room with big Sofa (35qm) and open kitchen. 2 Bathrooms with 2 sinks, walk-in shower and tub.
Centrically positioned in a park like setting "Wiener Hauptallee", close to "Prater" (Theme Park). Quiet surrounding.
The bus station (77A) is a walking distance away. The Underground takes you to the City Center in 8 minutes.
Shopping center (foodstuff, drugs, pharmacy, etc.) within easy reach by bus (10 Minutes drive). 3 restaurants in walking distance.
Neighbourhood is very clean and save. Altough we are in the heart of the city it is quiet. The house is surrounded by Fauna and Flora. Lots of deer.
Gladly we borrow our car and/or Vespa Motorbike or E-Scooter and Bikes upon consultation availibilty.
We have 2 little boys, so the flat is suitable for toddlers/kids. Baby Crib, Stroller, Prams, Carrier, Scooters, Bobbycars, lots of toys, everything available.

The Apartment is located in a busy neighborhood, surrounded by shopping and public transfer possibilities (2 min walk). You can explore the picturesque side streets of the famous french-tinted district "Servitenviertel"which is close-by. Sigmund Freuds Birthplace (Berggasse) or the "Strudlhofstiege" (famous architectual staircase) is a 10 minute walk far off. The most famous points of interest in the inner city (center of Vienna) are conveniently situated by public transfer (10 min) or afoot (25 minutes). Jogging-Lovers will enjoy to have a run alongside the "Donaukanal" (Danube Canal) which leads directly to the center. Lots of playgrounds close-by.
