We love vintage furniture, especially chairs, so the furniture is a mix of all the things we like.
You can easily walk straight to the subway stations within minutes. Subwaystation U1/Nestroyplatz and (U1/U2/Schnellbahn -Praterstern) are 6 min. to walk. Subway station U4/Schwedenplatz is reachable within 10 min. to walk. By foot or from the station you can go straight to the centre, to the Stephansplatz, the Kärntnerstraße and of course, by changing lines, to all the other major sights of the Austrian capital.
If you like jogging, the prater, a big green recreation area is waiting for you only 2 min away.
The apartment ist he perfect homebase for visiting all sights of vienna and exporing the city.
The builing which was bulit in the end of the 19th century is located in a quiet street with supermarket close by.
Vienna´s second district is the most interesting one, you,ll find quite a lot good restaurant, a nice market (Karmelitermarkt) and part of this district is devellopping a lot. the recently finished the new business university which is a must see!!
The apartment has a nice bedroom with double bed, a pull out couch in the living room, and another pull out couch in the cabinet. There is a small bathroom with bathtubem washing machine and a seperated WC. For us, 2nd district is definitly our favourite one in vienna!
