Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The apartment lies in a green environement with hardly any noise. Parks and public summer bath are just 5-10 minutes by foot. A small shopping center with all you need for your daily supply as well as a pharmacy, doctors and a library are also 5 minutes by foot. Public transport (the underground/metro) is also 3 minutes by foot, so you can reach the city center, without changing the line, in around 15 minutes.

There is a park and a public summer bath just 5-10 by walk. There is a huge park with thermic waters and spa, just 15 minutes away (2 underground stations).

We are non-smokers, and we ask you to respect the non-smoking within the apartment. As we have a balcony - please feel free to smoke on the balcony.
We love plants, so you will find a lot of plants in our home. We will be grateful if you water the plants on the balcony (only in summertime necessary) daily.
