We live in a terraced house with garden (in Vienna).
Our house in a summary:

1 kitchen,
1 laundry room,
1 cellar,
very nice garden (460m2),
bikes and bike shanty.
There is a natural pond in walking distance (200 m). In a distance of only 1km you will find the natural reserve "Lobau",
The ambience is very quiet and clean.
Vienna is fabulous (http://www.wien.gv.at/english/), inspiring cultural events and the area is really nice. There are a plenty of forests, lakes and the river Danube for recreation. Around Vienna we have great wine regions!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our house is located in a little blind alley. Very quiet, very nice. There are gardens around and in a distance of 200 m you will meet the first of many lakes for swimming. You can enjoy great walks to the natural reserve Lobau. The bus and the subway will take you to the city centre within 35 min.
Did you now that Vienna has a its own green jungles? Two of them are the floodplains of "Donauauen" and "Marchfeldkanal". You can go for CANOEING and BEAVER WATCH TOURS. Once we counted 27 beavers during one boat tour. You can't miss them. Some of the beavers are very nosy and come to your boat. Others will convoy your boat like little dolphins.
