We are recently retired education professionals, who, being fit and healthy are able to enjoy world travelling, rather than being tourists. Having been members of Homelink for over 5 years, we have been fortunate to have had many successful swaps and have hosted some very interesting short term visitors. Our 3 children have all left home and we consider that we are fortunate to live in a beautiful area, with our main home being near the sea.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our studio apartment is at Wollstonecroft, just across the road from the local station. It is one of 7 units in the privately located building and is fully equipped. This small studio is comprised of a single room with a very functional queen size wall bed that converts to a comfortable living room during the day, as the wall-bed becomes a sofa. There is a TV, music hub and Wi-Fi if required. Because of its size, it is only suitable for a single person or a couple. It features a comfortable covered deck, modern, separate kitchen and bathroom. The no-cost, shared laundry has 2 washing machines and dryers. There is designated off-street parking. However this is our second home and we will be renting this unit out on a short term basis, so will need to know in advance what your dates are.
