This a brand new 2 bedroom apartment (penthouse) first occupied in December 2018. It has all modern conveniences and would be a very comfortable base to explore the exciting features of Perth and the variety of country attractions.
A lovely balcony with gas barbecue is suitable for dining in all but the coldest months (not many of those).
Perth is an ideal base from which to see the many attractions of Western Australia.
Western Australia is world famous for wildflowers during spring and world class wineries a comfortable 3 hour drive south to Margaret River. Wonderful beaches are only 15 minutes away and the Swan River is also a similar distance with many pleasant walking and bike paths available. We have bikes which would be available for your use.

If you don't feel like driving, 200 metres from the front door is the bus stop which will take you into Perth city in 10 minutes.
Also, only a 10 minute walk is the wonderful Hyde Park - take a picnic or just relax in the peaceful surroundings.
