Description of the home we are offering for exchange

We are a retired professional couple. Ours is a modern stone house 300k south of Sydney, and 150k east of Canberra, Australia's capital. The peninsula clifftop seafront location guarantees a moderate climate summer and winter. Bush walks from the door - beach at 5 minutes. Wildlife abounds - kangaroos, parrots and many other birds.

The house is a collaboration of many artists. Downstairs there is a mosaic stone floor, two bedrooms and bathrooms, sauna, spa and laundry with sculpted stone table. Upstairs has timber floorboards and ceilings, the main bedroom with en suite bathroom, open plan gourmet kitchen/dining/lounge/tv nook/office with all modern conveniences. An outdoor barbeque services an alfresco stone table.

Good mobile phone reception and wi fi. Toyota Troopcarrier 4wd camper included.

Quiet natural bush, swimming beach, wildlife, supermarket and service station, at 3 k, Batemans Bay and Moruya at 20k, numerous surfing beaches north and south, surrounded by marine park and national parkland and state forests, give the name Eurobodalla Nature Coast to the area.
