Our home is located in a quiet street walking distance to a shopping centre with restaurants and library. We are 1.5k from a train station which provides ready access to Perth City. The Indian Ocean is abiout 10 minutes drive to the west with many beaches and marinas. There are tennis courts close by, and a regional park with bushland and lakes.
