Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are a professional couple, recently retired school teachers and seeking an opportunity to travel and live in other countries through suitable house exchanges. Our two bedroom beach (400 m) home is awaiting those who enjoy nature and quiet lifestyle in a wonderful seaside location and sub-tropical climate. Come and see up close the humpback whales (July-November), visit Fraser Island (K'gari) on your doorstep or wonder at the dolphins, dugongs and turtles that abound in the area. We are also available to undertake house sitting for members who will be away from their home and would like a professional and responsible couple to care for their home.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
We prefer a maximum stay of two (2) weeks please. No smoking within house. As this is now our primary residence (since retiring) we prefer no children please. Definitely no pets. We are fastidious about the cleanliness of our home and so we hope visiting people will respect our lovely home, as we can assure those with which we exchange.
