Very private unit which occupies complete 3rd floor of 11-storey block. Situated on border of Queensland/NSW [Coolangatta/Tweed Heads]. Easy walking to beaut beaches. Flat walks along beachfront, harbour and river. Handy to rainforest walks and hiking. River cruising and deep-sea fishing.
10 mins to Gold Coast Airport with flights to all major cities in Australia, many flights to Asia, Canada and Europe, 1 hour drive [or train/bus] to Brisbane.
Many good-sized licensed clubs within walking distance and also many good restaurants along beachfront [indoor or alfresco dining]. 3 large shopping centres nearby.
Many tourist attractions on Gold Coast and 25 mins to Surfers Paradise. We love exchanging as we meet so many nice/interesting people.

We are situated in a local living area and only 800 metres from beautiful beaches and 2 large shopping centres, a further larger shopping centre is approx. 1 klm away. we have everything nearby . . . doctors, dentists, hospital . . . many clubs which are all very easily accessable, good walking paths along great foreshores, beaches and harbour.
