The house is set up for 2 adults who have occasional overnight guests. The master bedroom is on the lower level. There is a queen-sized guest bedroom, second bathroom and toilet upstairs. One room will be locked for storage. The main bathroom on the lower level has convenient grab-rails in the shower and by the toilet and its shower is easily accessible for someone with mobility difficulties. The house has 5 stairs at the front, 10 stairs leading to the laundry set in a separate building and internal stairs leading upstairs. If stairs are a problem this may not be the place for you, though anyone used to 2 storey houses probably wouldn't find this a problem.
