Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Please note that our home will not be available for exchange in 2020. Our home is comfortable and within walking distance of the best a relaxing seaside lifestyle can offer. We have a modern, spacious, light-filled, air conditioned and well furnished apartment with views from two large balconies. The well-maintained, secure building has an elevator and is a friendly, safe place to be. There's a modern well-equipped kitchen and laundry with new appliances. The sitting room, dining and kitchen area is open plan and can be opened up onto a balcony for real indoor/outdoor living. A BBQ is installed.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. It opens to a private balcony. The apartment has excellent appliances, including a large flat screen TV, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi and Netflix TV are available.
There is a well equipped gym, swimming pool and spa for your use.
We are outgoing, retired teachers who enjoy travelling and have a deep respect for other cultures.
We have great pride in our home and will treat yours with the same care and respect. We prefer to exchange with a mature couple as our apartment is not suitable for children.
As we are retired it means the world can be at our doorstep.
We enjoy visiting other countries and meeting people.
Our two adult children live close by and are keen to advise to maximize positive outcomes during your stay.
We are focused on enjoying our present lifestyle to optimize our mental and physical well-being. Therefore, we cannot tolerate smoking in or near our home.
We're interested in an exchange that allows us to move away from being a tourist and learn to appreciate and build empathy with other communities in other parts of Australia and the world.
We are excited to be able to give you the opportunity to travel just as you give the same opportunity to us.
