Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is modern, comfortable and easy care with a small garden and a large outdoor deck. Point Lonsdale is situated at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay so all shipping to and from Melbourne passes by us. We are on the Bellarine Peninsular which is known for its wineries and golf courses. We are also an easy drive to the Great Ocean Road and close to great surfing beaches such as Bells Beach. Living here one can enjoy the best of beach and city life as we are a 30min. drive to Geelong(2nd biggest city in Victoria)and a 90min. drive to Melbourne (or by train from Geelong is approx.1hr). We are a 15min. walk to our spectacular waterfront and local shops/cafes and a 5klm. bike ride to Queenscliff which is a quaint heritage town where ferries operate from to take you across the Bay to Sorrento.
