We are well situated to enjoy the many tourist attractions of beautiful Mooloolaba, a popular holiday area on the Sunshine Coast, which takes in around 70kms of coastline. A few minutes walking brings you to the esplanade where there are many cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There is also a patrolled surfing beach and an extensive marina area.
Underwater World is a five minute walk away, while the world-famous Australia Zoo, (www.australiazoo.com.au) home of the Crocodile Hunter is an easy drive. The hinterland offers rainforest, waterfalls and many bush walking tracks, as well as towns like Monto and Maleny which are a popular for arts & crafts, restaurants etc.
As this is our holiday home, it is possible to arrange a non-simultaneous exchange. We have international exchangees returning two or three times, saying how much they love our place, this area and all it offers.
