2 bedroom stand alone, no party walls, at back of block of 7 units. It is quiet and secure. We have an open plan full size kitchen with dining room and couch with lounge chair and tv. The main bedroom have a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a single bed. All rooms larger than new apartments. Separate laundry, toilet and bath tub in bathroom. Recently painted, refurbished and new block out window coverings. Single locked garage and back entrance via laneways, currently not used by us. We love our home in the city, it is cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer. It all works well. The unit is situated in leafy Park St one of the better streets of Moonee Ponds. Most homes in this area are large older style homes. We live near private schools and renowned Puckle St. The position of our unit is fantastic.
