Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with attic TV room, small block in garden setting. Views of bay. Excellent for all Melbourne attractions. Suit single or couple, possible teen or adult on sofa bed.
3km from St Kilda and beach. 2min to public transport and shops/cafes, 15min by transport to city centre, national art gallery and theatres. Also easy access by car to shopping malls. Full modern kitchen, recently renovated bathroom and all freshly painted.
Looking for exchanges 2018 April to end of August in UK, Ireland, France or anywhere in Europe. Non-simultaneous exchange available during that period.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Elsternwick boasts a mix of quiet inner suburbia with a local shopping strip: cafes, restaurants, supermarket all within short walking distance. Stone's throw from public transport 15 minutes to city centre, National Gallery of Victoria and theatre complex. Also only 2km from St Kilda with its combination of restaurants, nightlife and beach side attractions. Good area for walking and cycling along the beachfront. Walking distance to public golf course, parks and gardens. Easy access by car to the Mornington Peninsula and other Victorian coastal areas. Many other country destinations withing 1-2 hours drive.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Only a short walk to the Classic cinema, restaurants, bars and local shops. Easy train or tram ride to the National Gallery of Victoria and the Melbourne Arts Centre theatre and concert venue. Too many places to list here but all of Melbourne is accessible by public transport. Many day trips also accessible by car or guided day trips.

My home is a small apartment with one main bedroom and extra sleeping available for a single or couple. It has a view of the bay. Not suitable for young children or people with disabilities. There is one external and one internal flight of stairs. There is a garden outside but no maintenance necessary. Car exchange Mazda3 5 door manual transmission.
