Our home is comfortable , modern and easy to live in. It's an inner suburban house in a small quiet street. It is spacious enough to allow separate living areas. The main living area has north facing windows which are essential for sunshine and light in a Southern Hemisphere winter. The city centre is just 5 stops away on our very good train line and Melbourne is festival city. There's always something happening. March is Food and Wine Festival. April is Comedy festival etc etc Galleries and theatres are easily reached.
The Yarra Bend parklands start at the end of our street. This is the only place in the city where bushland is within walking distance!
