Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our spacious home has spectacular views over the Swan river. Dolphins can often be seen from our house. Take our kayaks for a paddle up the magnificent Swan river or ride our bikes into Fremantle cappuccino strip for your morning coffee.
The brilliant white beaches are just a short 10 minute drive and Perth city is 20 minutes away.
There are parks, a public golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts nearby. Bicycles, kayaks and a Hyundai SUV are available.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We are in a quiet cul de sac with just 9 homes in our street. It is just 50 metres to our lovely community park with BBQ and playground facilities. It is named Quarantine Park as it was the location for animal quarantine in days gone by.
The local water polo facility and swimming pool is within a few hundred metres as is the local jetty. There are local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the famed Fremantle seafood restaurants only 6km distance.
Point Walter is a relaxing 2.5km away.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
It is a short stroll to the local cafes and restaurants with supermarkets only a 5 minute drive. There is a farmers market every Sunday at a nearby primary school. We are 10 minutes from Fremantle and 20 from Perth where there are plenty of leisure and cultural activities. The newest attraction is Elizabeth Quay right in the city centre.
Our nearest suburban shopping centres are at Booragoon and Claremont.
Fishermen's Harbour in Fremantle is great for exploring and enjoying some fish and chips for lunch.
