We cannot exchange in the month of July in any year.

We are a retired couple with 12 exchanges so far. Our two storied home has 3000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. There are 2 master bedrooms with queen beds both with en suite bathrooms. A third bedroom has two twin beds. We have a stair lift for anyone in need of assistance with stairs. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Departure cleaning is provided. WIFI is available. Ideal year round mild temperature provides continuous lemons in our yard. No pets or smoking, please.

We are located in a small town, Coronado, next to San Diego. The Pacific Ocean beach is just a three minute walk with great surfing and the town has many small restaurants and shops within walking or biking distance. San Diego has a world class zoo, Wild Animal Park, USS Midway Museum and many more sites
