We are open to all types of exchanges. We live in a popular tourist destination in Virginia.
Colonial Williamsburg is America's largest outdoor living history museum. Check www.history.org. In the area are other tourist attractions...see our Attractions page .Our home is 3,000 sq.ft.with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We have a large screened porch and deck with gas grill. 1 hr. to ocean. Inexpensive flights to New York from local airports.
We have a second home, so a non-simultaneous exchange is acceptable. We also like weekend exchanges to nearby areas. We can arrange transportation to and from airports within 50 miles. We also have a car to offer in any type of exchange.
