4 BR, 3 bath. 2800 sq ft. Wrap-around deck with fantastic mountain views. Hiking trail right outside. Gas grill. Fireplace. 40 min to downtown Denver. 2 car garage.
Quick access to state parks, hiking, climbing, mountain biking, XC skiing. Easy access to I-70 for skiing/snowboarding.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Surrounded by national forest, state parks, and county open space trails, Evergreen is the perfect location for nature lovers, hikers, skiiers, and ice skaters. Evergreen Lake is a beautiful spot for ice skating. And there are many ski resorts within driving distance. Just outside our house is a small loop trail through the woods that you can access from the house.
From the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce: “At an elevation of 7,200 feet, Evergreen offers an array of parks, art galleries, theater, restaurants, entertainment, recreation and a variety of outdoor activities. Evergreen, Colorado is situated close to Denver while still maintaining its mountain-town feeling. Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
1) This is a very strictly non-smoking property, both inside the house and outside on our property. We live in a forest, and the danger of forest fire is too great to allow any smoking. No exceptions.
2) We have cats who will need to be taken care of while you’re here.
3) We can't allow any other pets in the house, for any period of time, even if they are well-behaved. Allowing pets into the house will result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
