New, two story home completed in 2019 with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, two car garage, adjacent park with deck overlooking view of downtown Dallas Skyline from a hilltop. Our home is tucked away in a quiet new community behind a full block of trees and wildlife, yet within two miles of downtown and uptown Dallas.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Home with only one next door neighbor and a lawn with deck overlooking Dallas Skyline on the other side of home. Quiet neighborhood newly constructed in 2018/2019. At the entrance of the neighborhood there is a community park with basketball court and playground for children and picnic tables. Centrally located with easy access to all highways to reach area restaurants, cultural attractions (largest contiguous arts district in the US, Dallas Zoo, Perot Museum of Natural Sciences, Dallas Aquarium, etc), cafes, bars, and shopping centers (West Village, Highland Park Village, Dallas Galeria). Readily served by all food delivery services.

Epic views of downtown skyline from upstairs bedrooms on east side of our home, which also overlooks a lawn, deck and undisturbed block of trees and greenery.
There is a very nice set of restaurants and cafes within four blocks (Walking distance) of our home:
Cibo Divino Marketplace - Italian pizzeria, pasta, cafe, bar and wine shop. The owner is Italian and very welcoming.
Whisk - Crepe shop
Ten Ramen - Exceptional ramen for takeout
Houndstooth Coffee - Relaxing cafe and baked goods
Cooper's Meat Market & Steakhouse - Butcher shop and restaurant for the serious foodie
Juice Land - Incredible, fresh smoothies

A large CVS pharmacy is less than 1 mile away from our home

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
We are very welcoming but do not allow smoking or pets at our home. We do need our collection of flower- and fruit-bearing plants in our back patio to be watered for 10 minutes every other day from April to August. Beyond that, we just expect our home to be found in the condition we left it.
