Fine house. Perfect located for a trip to the South Island or the North Island. Besides that Wellington is a Nice City and even Upperhut has possibilities for having a good meal. Environment is good for biking, walking.

You can go into Wellington city either by rail, bus or drive within about 30-40 minutes. On hot days you can swim in the local river or enjoy fishing there. There are bike trails and local walks in the bushland area.
