Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A secluded countryside family bungalow with lovely views from both the bungalow and large garden. We look out over Restronguet Creek, a tributary of the Fal estuary. We have almost finished renovating our lovely bungalow. All the inside work is done, with just some garden updating remaining. We are surrounded by fields and wildlife, accessed by a lane, with a copse below. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen, utility, dining room, study and conservatory. We are close to Trelissick Gardens (National Trust), the King Harry ferry, and Truro. We are 30 minutes from either coast for spectacular cliff walks, relaxing south coast beaches and the exciting surfers north coast. It is a convenient base from which to explore Cornwall's major tourist attractions, see http://www.visitcornwall.com
We have 2 cats to feed and talk to, but otherwise they are self-sufficient and freely access outdoors.
Newquay airport, with links to London Gatwick, 30 minutes drive.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a rural location with lovely views overlooking Restronguet Creek, a tributary of the Fal estuary. We are surrounded by fields, a small copse below and numerous footpaths. We see a lot of birds close to the bungalow, and over the creek below. There are local shops a 5 minute drive away, and the city of Truro a 10 minute drive away. Access is via a small road and a lane. A car is essential if you wish to explore Cornwall. It is always nice to explore and then return to the peaceful view to recover. Point Quay and a walk along the estuary is just a footpath away. We can recommend a reasonable taxi firm.
