I am a midlife woman living alone in a new house I built, to downsize from the big main house that was the family home where I brought up my three children, who are now grown and gone. I have returned to school to focus on counseling, along with still having my physical therapy degree. I have worked primarily with babies and children in my field. I have done many house trades and travel whenever I can. I love to share my family home!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighborhood is in an historically designated district--one of the oldest neighborhoods in Portland. It has a unique design in that here in Ladd's Addition, streets are designed around a central garden, with 4 rose gardens surrounding it (North, South, East and West). It has 100 year old trees throughout, where you can enjoy walking and cycling, with special bike paths all over the city and in the neighborhood. It is just a short distance from food carts, coffee shops, brewpubs, comedy/entertainment clubs, restaurants and bike rental places. It is also very quiet while being close to everything(you would not necessarily need a car here). Our family has enjoyed this neighborhood for over 30 years. You will love it!
