Located in a small gated community, 8 minutes directly south of the Las Vegas airport and 10 minutes to the Las Vegas strip. Low maintenance yard with 19 palm trees.
Spectacular entertainment, Lake Mead, Mt. Charleston, Hoover Dam, Rt. 66, world class sports, boxing, restaurants. Gateway to national parks of Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Page, Az.—-hey, this is LAS VEGAS!
