Custom-built home with ocean views throughout. 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites (1 on each level), and 5 bathrooms (4 with showers), 2 fireplaces, 3 patios, 1 balcony, over-sized spa, built-in barbecue with seating; 2-car garage. Bikes and ocean paddle boards available for use. We also own a 40-foot sailing catamaran in nearby Newport Harbor which can be scheduled for a captained charter.
