Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Long weekend exchanges in NYC and summers in Canada or Europe.

Beautiful architecturally designed estate like home, situated in an idyllic and charming gentleman's farm setting. [no animals]. The main house is set on 30 acres in the rolling hills and rural part of New Jersey with easy access to New York City and East Coast beaches by car. There is express bus service to New York [one hour +/-], and slower trains!

Many activities in the area for children and families, including just relaxing for the parents. Newark Airport only 50 minutes from the house. Great open air food markets within minutes, plus a large discount shopping area only 30 minutes away.

The farm also contains many out buildings...with the main house having four comfortable sleeping rooms with 3 1/2 baths. Included is a very large master bedroom suite and marble bath. A recent addition is a "great room" which features high definition satellite TV and movie projection systems with surround sound and CD/DVD/VCR etc. See this YouTube video for virtual tour. https://youtu.be/Am6exAp32jI
