Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Luxury building on trolley line. Excellent shopping, restaurants, book stores. In Washington Square area. Easy access to Cape Cod, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont. New York is four hours by luxury bus or train.
Condo is situated on Beacon Street on the "C" Green Line or "D" Green line. Is the easiest way to get into the Center of Boston without the hassle of trying to find a place to park (very expensive). The "D" line stops are near to the Medical Center of Boston, i.e., Children's Hospital, Beth Israel, Brighton and Woman's, Dana Farber Cancer Center and the Deaconist.
Our condo is in a great location, with a grocery store near by, and has an indoor pool, workout room, and 24-7 concierge.
We have exchanged since 1994..... over 40+ exchanges in all.
