We had a fantastic time in Edinburgh this August. Seonag & Peter's house is lovely with its typical bow windows and lovely garden. Well situated, we could easily either walk to the center of the city or take the buses. There are so many things to do and visit in Scotland in summer, with rugby events, the international festival, the highland games, the loch and when your kids are Harry Potter’s fans it’s paradise.

Our exchange with Seonag and Peter was particularly warm…they say that it is in adversity that we can measure friendship, this was the case between us, even if we only saw each other for an hour at Montpellier airport…. A few concerns marred our stay, but our hosts were understanding and kind, so we nevertheless had an excellent stay in Edinburgh. Seonag and Peter's house is large, well equipped and easily accessible from the historic center, it also allows easy getaways in the surroundings. We are delighted with this new experience and we will return without hesitation to Scotland as much for its landscapes and its history as for its welcoming inhabitants…

La maison de Seaonag est parfaite pour un échange. Maison très confortable, mention spéciale pour la literie, la vue sur le château est splendide à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Bien desservie par les transports en commun, bon restaurant tout près de la maison recommandé par Seaonag. Le petit plus, Seaonag parle français. Merci pour cet échange. Exchanging our home in Kaş with Seonag and Peter for their home in Edinburgh was a wonderful experience. The house, location, close to the beautiful botanic gardens and a selection of useful bus routes, preparations made for us and all the things we could do in a great city like Edinburgh made it one of our best exchanges- and we have done more than 25! We would recommend this exchange wholeheartedly, and hope to do it again ourselves. Thank you, Seonag and Peter.

Peter and Seonag were very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. There were 9 of us celebrating a winter weekend with family for our daughter's 21st and the house the location could not have been better. We very much appreciated the trouble Peter and Seonag made over the arrangements from preparing so many beds, advising on a local caterer and generously leaving a card and gift for our daughter. We had a wonderful Christmassy day in Edinburgh and a stroll through the nearby Botanic Gardens on Sunday. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much to Seonag and Peter to have allowed us to have a very nice time in Scotland: The house is very well located to visit of course Edinburgh but also the beautiful beaches not far away from it. We could even go to the fantastic Highlands!
