Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are open to all dates, as well as any offers, but prefer the California Coast/Pacific Coast & all US parks.
We have a very comfortable family home with art & lovely furnishings, beautiful gardens, private swimming pool and a canyon view. Los Angeles is an exciting city with great art, theater, music, sports, shopping and food, as well as having access to beautiful beaches, serene deserts, glorious mountain areas and Hollywood, the movies and movie stars. There is something for everyone in this extraorinary city. We are open to all offers and are experienced home exchangers (in and out of the US, Europe & Africa). We are also open to and prefer an auto exchange.

Our neighborhood is in the Santa Monica Mountain conservatory, offering hiking, views and quiet. It is also close to shopping, movies and major freeways. We are not far from Beverly Hills, the West Side, beaches & downtown Los Angeles all of which offer numerous cultural activities & recreational activities. A car is necessary to explore Los Angeles & surrounding areas.
