Description of the home we are offering for exchange
WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR EXCHANGES IN LATE 2023. PLEASE REFER TO OUR DATES AND DESTINATIONS SECTION. THANK YOU.
We have been members since 1998. We have enjoyed many wonderful exchanges in the US and in Europe. Our home has a large master suite with a large master bath (2 sinks, tub, shower) and 2 walk in closets. There are 2 guest rooms: 1 with twin beds and 1 that is an office with a (pull down) Murphy bed. The living area is large with high vaulted ceilings. There exits to the pool and backyard: from the Master Bedroom, the Living Room, and from the Guest Bathroom. There is an outdoor shower and barbecue area. The backyard is very private as it is completely enclosed by a fence. We are only 1.9 miles from historic and vibrant downtown Stuart which has many wonderful restaurants, shops and a live theatre (The Lyric). We are 4.7 miles from the ocean and our town beach.

Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with only 8 homes. Our neighborhood is residential and well established with ample privacy. We have very nice, helpful neighbors. We are very close to shopping centers, several grocery stores and an excellent library and YMCA (fitness center).
