Our beautiful condo is very convenient and has an awesome view of the ski mountain. It sits on the free bus route with only a 7 minute ride to the ski mountain or to restaurants and shopping. Steamboat is an outdoor persons paradise with miles and miles of trails, mountains, rivers, wilderness areas,
etc. Very convenient five minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and a pretty impressive wine and liquor store.

A ten minute walk to Yampa river and beautiful free botanical gardens, fishing, paved trail for walking and biking.
Free bus ride (7 minutes) to ski mountain for numerous summer and winter activities. Take the bus the other direction to town (7 minutes) for shopping, restaurants, river activities, horse back riding, hot air balloon ride, hot springs and spa, and several breweries.
