Our home is perfectly situated to enjoy a diversity of experiences. Walk down the hill from our house, past the bowling alley and several neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops, and end up at Richmond Beach Park. You can walk along the bluff and enjoy the expansive water and mountain views, or walk down to the beach and dip your toe in the surf. If you walk up the hill you can get to the Starbucks, large grocery store, drug store, local bakery, nail salons, and several restaurants all in about 5 minutes. Edmonds is a ten-minute drive away and offers a charming seaside community with a ferry landing, beach parks, small shops and local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Downtown Seattle is about 20 minutes drive, depending on traffic. There is a nearby bus-line that takes you to a major shopping mall where you can transfer to the downtown express bus-line or the University of Washington bus-line.
