Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Sedona is a year-round international destination due to its unique natural beauty, proximity to Native American heritage sites (Yavapai, Hopi and Navajo) and the Grand Canyon. There are an abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities in Sedona including 250-miles of hiking and biking trails in and around town. Sedona ia also known as a place for wellness, rejuvenation, fine art, birding and regional wineries. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to Oak Creek, shopping, and nature trails. Sedona hosts an International Film Festival, Wine and Craft Beer festivals, Arts Festival, Mountain Bike Festival and a weekly organic Farmer’s Market. From Sedona, it's a 2-hour drive to Grand Canyon National Park and 4-6 hours to Utah national parks. The closest major airport is Phoenix-Sky Harbor. We have been Homelinkers since 1999 and enjoyed 11 exchanges in the US, Canada, Hawaii, Mexico, Europe and Israel.
