There are an abundance of outdoor recreation opportunities in Sedona including 250-miles of hiking and biking trails in and around town. Sedona ia also known as a place for wellness, rejuvenation, fine art, birding and regional wineries. Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to Oak Creek, shopping, and nature trails. Sedona hosts an International Film Festival, Wine and Craft Beer festivals, Arts Festival, Mountain Bike Festival and a weekly organic Farmer’s Market. From Sedona, it's a 2-hour drive to Grand Canyon National Park and 4-6 hours to Utah national parks. The closest major airport is Phoenix-Sky Harbor.
