Ben and Julia were ideal exchange partners. Their home was lovely, suoer comfortable, and immaculate. It is in a terrific location and has an outstanding view. They left great welcome snacks. Their home manual was easy to understand and complete, and they were excellent communicators. They also left our home in perfect shape!

We absolutely loved our home exchange in this beautiful home-the house has been completely renovated/updated and everything was perfect. There is a nice view looking west and we enjoyed some lovely sunsets. Julia & Ben left us lots of snacks and charcuterie, as well as wine & beer. We were provided with an excellent home guide and lots of suggestions for restaurants, sites to see, etc. The house is in a great location-it was fun to experience the Ballard area. Endless shops, pubs, casual & fine dining....too much to do! One of our highlights was attending a University of Washington football game-what an experience. We used the BBQ one evening and enjoyed a yummy roast chicken dinner. Thank you SO much for a perfect home exchange and we hope we can return again one day. Christine & Jim-Vancouver, B.C. Canada

La maison de Ben et Julia est tout simplement parfaite! Chaleureuse, claire, spacieuse et très bien équipée, elle est située dans un quartier tranquille de Seattle, très proche de l'hyper centre mais aussi à proximité de quartiers qui bougent comme Ballard. Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable en famille et remercions Ben et Julia pour leurs attentions à notre égard. Nous recommandons vivement un échange dans leur belle maison!
