We are active business professionals who are fully engaged in all the wonder that life has to offer. Ari runs a successful auto mechanic shop and Francesca is an herbalist, Wholistic Nutritionist and Natural Health Consultant. We enjoy going to the gym, yoga, walking & hiking in nature, dancing, listening to live music and travel. Ari also skateboards and surfs. We find that healthy eating and fine dining with a good bottle of wine brings us joy. Our home is very close to the Santa Fe Mountains and Santa Fe Ski area. We have three adult children (they also give us joy) who are independent and at times choose to travel with us. And Arthur our beloved dog who generally doesn't travel with us. Arthur does not come with the house (unless requested..maybe.) We love to travel, but at this time with our schedules, we are limited to 3-6 weeks during the winter months and 2-3 weeks in July. Our home is a lovely townhouse with a private access to the Santa Fe River Trail. Gorgeous views and open space. We are 2 miles to downtown Santa Fe, the famous Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard District. We look forward to vacations where we can enjoy relaxing on a beach, swimming, surfing, skateboarding, jogging, yoga, working out and learning Spanish. Yes we are foodies too!

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Steps to the River Trail. This is a newly built 1875sq. ft two story townhouse with loft; two bedroom with 2 queen beds, TV in each room, two full baths. Workout and/or do yoga in our private home gym in the upstairs loft and private river trail access.The river flows seasonally, spring through early summer. Located in a newly built (2019) upscale townhome community. Located 2.5 miles from downtown Santa Fe. Close to galleries, museums, Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard District, Farmers Markets, shopping, restaurants, bars, dancing, live music, Santa Fe Opera, close to the mountains for hiking and amazing skiing, snow boarding, cross-country and more! Our home is comfortable, cozy, light and airy with views from every room. It is eco-built and very well insulated all through the year. Ceiling fans during the summer is all that is necessary, and radiant heat floors during the winter months. Our private yard and patio is a work in progress. We've planted 2 Cherry trees , an Apricot tree, Elderberry tree and a Desert Willow, shade the patio! We have a private access to the river and Santa Fe River Trail from our private garden patio.

Our neighborhood is friendly and quiet. We are steps away from the river trail and 2 miles to the famed downtown Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard District and close to the Santa Fe Ski area. Plenty of walking, biking and hiking trails. A short 5-7 minute drive, bike ride or 15 minute walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and a food co-op. Enjoy all Santa Fe has to offer within 10-15 minutes for museums, galleries, shopping, the best restaurants, music and entertainment, and lots of fun!

From our house it is a short bike ride (you will have use of our bicycles), to stores, restaurants, and markets. We are 2 miles from the famed Santa Fe Plaza, and the Railyard District where you can visit our extensive galleries, museums, shopping, farmers markets, and the best restaurants in the country! 45mins or so from the beautiful Sangre de Cristo Mountains in Santa Fe where you can enjoy gorgeous mountain hikes and walks, skiing and snowboarding. The Santa Fe Opera is an easy 15-20 minute drive away to see world class opera, concerts and more!
