James is an executive coach with clients around the world; Stacy is recently retired from running our coach-training business for 30+ years. We are very experienced exchangers (we let membership lapse a few years, so prior trades not showing!) We love music, movies, art, and travel. We follow EPL football (soccer) and cheer for Chelsea FC. Our daughter is an anthropology professor and will be living in Copenhagen for the next few years so we hope to visit there often!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our home is perfectly situated on a quiet block in a clean, safe, upscale neighborhood. It has a WalkScore of 95 -- a "Walker's Paradise." It's a short stroll to:
• the Castro neighborhood
• the Haight-Ashbury and Lower Haight
• Buena Vista Park, Duboce Park, Corona Heights Park, Mt. Olympus, the Panhandle
• a 24-hour Safeway, Whole Foods, and Courtney's Produce
• dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and bars.
The 24-Divisadero Muni line is immediately accessible, and it's a one-block walk to the N-Judah line. Also super close are the J-Church line, Haight Street busses, and more.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
The "N" Judah streetcar takes you directly west to the beach or the San Francisco Zoo; or going east, to all the downtown shopping, the SF Museum of Modern Art and many galleries. It's also easy to take public transportation to get to Pier 39, Grace Cathedral, or the Palace the Legion of Honor. Golden Gate Park, with all its amenities, is a short stroll away.
Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Well-behaved children are welcome but the home is not "child-proofed," so it's not ideal for toddlers, especially because there are several staircases indoors.
