We enjoyed the stay at Anna and Stan's apartment in August 2016. The apartment is very clean, spacious for a one-bedroom apartment and, being one block and a half away from the subway station, made it very easy for us to commute to Manhattan, where we spent most of our time in museums, parks, stores. We had the occasion to explore Brooklyn a bit, the Bay Ridge neighborhood is very quiet, dotted with medical offices, yet we could find many small restaurants, coffee shops and other stores on 3rd Ave and 5th Ave nearby. We realized that Brooklyn is very spread out and not all neighborhoods are as well served by transit so we appreciated the proximity to the subway. Being there in August in 30C (86F) plus temperatures, we also appreciated the air condition in the apartment. Ho passato, con la mia famiglia, una meravigliosa settimana nella casa di Anna e Stan a New York nell'agosto 2015. La casa è confortevole pulita e corrispondente alla descrizione. Si trova a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione della metropolitana, e quindi è molto semplice raggiungere velocemente qualunque zona di New York. NY non ha bisogno di presentazioni, ma vorrei dire che l'ho trovata estremamente sicura e pulita. Raccomando a tutti gli homelinker questa ottima opportunità. It is located a few hundred meters from the metro station, so it is very easy to quickly reach any part of New York. NY does not need an introduction, but I would say that I found it extremely safe and clean. I recommend to all homelinker this great opportunity.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et très bien placé pour se rendre à Manhatthan. la ville est époustouflante, comme on s'y attendait. Tout était parfaitement organisé, clair et réfléchi par Stan pour nous faciliter l'arrivée et répondre à nos questions. Leur chatte, Mia, est adorable et nous garderons toujours un merveilleux souvenir de ces 10 jours de vacances !! Merci à Stan et Anna!

Appartement très agréable et bien situé à quelques mètres du métro. Accès à Manhattan très facile. De nombreux commerces et restaurant sont à proximité. Les conseils d'Anna et Stan ont été très utiles pour découvrir la ville. Merci pour les bons plans ! Les deux semaines d'échanges ont filé à toute vitesse sans que l'on puisse s'en rendre compte. Manhattan est une ville inépuisable en visites, ballades et musées en tous genres. Nous ne nous fatiguerons jamais de New York ! Merci Anna et Stan pour ce super séjour! Nathalie
