Million dollar views with abundant sunshine! Nestled about 1/2 mile up the mountainside, the hiking/snoshoe/biking trails start from your backdoor!! Largest of 8 units in building. Top floor (3rd level insures quiet and mountain/sky panoramas). First floor indoor htd garage assigned spaces with remote control. Shopping, restaurants, retail center just below at the entrance to our Pinebrook Pointe development. Neighborhood has townhomes, single family homes as well as the condo complex. About a half mile conveniently located to the I-80 entrance at Jeremy Ranch. Only 30 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport, 20 minutes to the University of Utah. 7 minutes to Canyons ski resort, 12 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort, 15 minutes to Deer Valley Ski Resort.
